Important Information
This warranty is designed to cover sudden and unforeseen mechanical or electrical failure. It is not a maintenance plan and does not cover routine servicing, wear and tear, or excluded items. The vehicle must be serviced in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations, servicing records should be retained, and no repair work should begin until the claim has been authorised.

If a fault occurs, please contact the warranty administrator before any repair work is started. Your repairer will normally need to identify the fault and provide an estimate before repairs can be authorised.

| Is warranty included with every vehicle? | No. Warranty is available as an optional Bluechip Premium add-on on all vehicles sold by AK Motors. |
| What warranty level do you offer? | We offer Bluechip Premium, Bluechip Warranty’s highest warranty product. |
| What is the claim limit? | The claim limit is the maximum amount claimable per individual claim. Depending on the warranty option chosen, claim limit options of £500, £1,000 and £2,000 per claim are available. Multiple claims can be made during the warranty term, up to the total value of the vehicle. |
| Why is there a surcharge for premium vehicles and EVs? | Premium vehicles and electric vehicles typically involve higher parts, repair and specialist labour costs, so pricing is adjusted to reflect the increased cost of cover. |
